- Aggregated analytics may include approximate country and region, derived by the analytics provider from network information; we do not use the device's precise GPS location.

Conversations with the website assistant may be recorded in a protected service log for service quality, security, troubleshooting and statistics. The log is intended to contain the conversation context and basic technical metadata, not passwords, verification codes or payment details. Obvious email addresses, phone numbers and credential-like content are filtered where possible. We limit access and retention according to the purpose of the log.
