Calls go straight to voicemail
Check Focus, unknown-caller filtering, blocks, Airplane Mode and reception first. If every caller goes to voicemail, the carrier or line may also be involved.

Quick checklist
- Make a test call from a saved contact and from another number.
- Turn Focus/Do Not Disturb and Airplane Mode off for the test.
- On iPhone check Settings → Apps → Phone: Screen Unknown Callers, Call Filtering and Blocked Contacts.
- Check Wi-Fi Calling if cellular reception is weak.
- Restart the phone and install the operating-system update.
- If no call rings, contact the carrier before a factory reset.
The symptom narrows the cause

- Turn off Do Not Disturb and review blocked numbers.
- Check Airplane Mode and test reception in another place.
- If you use Google Phone, review spam and call-screening settings.
- Test the SIM in another compatible phone only when safe and practical.
What not to do
- Do not factory-reset before checking settings and the carrier.
- Do not delete contacts or messages as a test.
- Do not post phone numbers or personal data in public discussions.
- For emergency-call or total-network problems, stop home testing and contact the carrier.
